Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an experienced Service Line Coordinator for the Burlington, MA area to lead perioperative nursing teams. You will collaborate with the Associate Chief of Nursing to coordinate staffing, ensure readiness of equipment, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement in the surgical services department.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure in Massachusetts (RN).
• CNOR preferred; BSN required or actively pursuing.
• Minimum 5 years perioperative nursing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with disciplines to optimize patient care in the OR.
• Ensures equipment and instrumentation are ready for daytime surgeries.
• Helps create teams of excellence and optimize daily staffing.
• Monitors processes and measures to improve OR performance.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional relationships with staff and patients.
• Provides input for staff performance appraisals and education.
