Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership to Perioperative services, Anesthesia, Endoscopy, Pain Management, Vein Center and Sterile Processing.
• Develops initiatives to expand services and improve performance.
• Ensures compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees patient flow optimization and staff performance.
• Leads quality improvement and hospital committees.
