Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Product Director for Payments (Prepaid Cards) Treasury Services – Emerging Rails in Jersey City. You will own the product P&L, drive growth, and shape strategic roadmaps while aligning with risk and control frameworks.

You will lead a team of product managers, collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Compliance, and partner with technology on multiyear roadmaps to deliver differentiated prepaid card solutions for institutional clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years with proven P&L ownership and growth.
• Expertise in Prepaid Cards and institutional clients.
• Regulatory understanding incl. Durbin/Reg E.
• Global expansion strategy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product P&L and drive growth for Prepaid Cards.
• Identify market opportunities and define GTM strategies.
• Lead and mentor product managers and best practices.
• Oversee lifecycle, risk management, and roadmap execution.
• Manage stakeholder relations with senior leadership.
