United Biosource Corporation seeks an Executive Director, Patient Access Services to lead a portfolio of PAS programs across multiple clients. You will drive growth, manage performance, and ensure high-quality service delivery within regulatory guidelines.

Lead a senior team with 3+ direct reports and 400+ indirect reports, shaping strategy, budgets, and client relationships while mentoring leaders and ensuring program excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 12–18 years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 10–15 years.
• Proven track record in leading large Patient Services teams (300+ FTEs).
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent employee engagement and retention history.
• Ability to drive high performance teams.
• Metrics / KPI driving leader.
• Knowledge of specialty drug channel options and Patient Services programs designs.
