Jobgether is seeking a senior leader to design and drive the U.S. patient services strategy, overseeing hub operations and cross-functional collaboration with Market Access, finance, and regulatory teams.

You will build and scale a comprehensive patient support program, ensure readiness of treatment centers, and deliver analytics-driven improvements to access and patient experience across the network.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree or relevant clinical qualification is an advantage.
• Progressive experience in patient services, hub operations, or related functions within biotech/pharma, with significant leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated success launching or scaling patient support programs for rare diseases or complex therapies.
• Strong knowledge of patient access operations: benefits investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, case management, affordability programs, reimbursements.
• Experience managing external vendors, budgets, contracts, SLAs, and improvement initiatives.
• Experience developing patient services operating models, workflows, SOPs, and quality controls.
• Understanding of regulatory, privacy, and compliance requirements in pharma/biotech patient programs.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills; translate priorities into execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scalable environment and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Preferred: MBA, MPH, RN, PharmD or other advanced degree.
• Preferred: Experience with cell/gene therapy and high-touch patient support.
• Preferred: Establishing patient services capabilities from ground up in pre- or early-commercial biotech.
• Preferred: Familiarity with rare-disease patient communities and caregiver needs.
• Preferred: Experience with patient services tech, data integrations, dashboards, privacy controls, analytics.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the U.S. patient services strategy and launch-readiness roadmap with milestones and governance.
• Design and implement an integrated patient support program covering enrollment, benefits investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, case management, and affordability.
• Map and continuously improve the patient and caregiver journey for timely access and treatment initiation.
• Lead hub and affordability operations including vendor management, staffing, training, and quality controls.
• Collaborate with Market Access and field teams to align processes with payer requirements and reimbursement pathways.
• Coordinate treatment-center onboarding and readiness with hubs, specialty pharmacies, and providers.
• Establish SLAs, KPIs, quality measures, and dashboards to monitor access, experience, and risks.
• Oversee vendor contracts, budgets, and continuous improvement with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and compliance with regulatory and privacy standards.
• Build and lead a high-performing patient services organization with scalable processes.
• Provide strategic recommendations and risk assessments to executives while coordinating cross-functional teams.
