Job summary

UBC in the United States is seeking an Executive Director of Patient Access Services - HUB Programs to lead multiple PAS functions, ensure high-quality delivery against client SLAs, drive growth, and mentor a large team across remote and home-based locations.

You will craft annual operating plans, manage budgets, report on performance, and partner with clients to enhance access programs within regulatory guidelines, while nurturing a collaborative, outcomes-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in leading large Patient Services teams (300+ FTEs).
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent employee engagement and retention history.
• Ability to drive high performance teams.
• Metrics / KPI driving leader.
• Strong knowledge of specialty drug channel options and Patient Services programs designs.
• Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
• Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office suite, Internet, and Outlook.
• Proven leadership skills with a proactive management style.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to solve complex problems and improve quality and service.
• Ability to manage financial targets/budgets, service, and quality goals.
