United BioSource in the United States is seeking an Executive Director, Patient Access Services to lead HUB program operations and ensure high-quality delivery per client SLAs. The role oversees planning, budgeting, and change management across PAS functions with a portfolio of clients.

The position requires strong client engagement, proven leadership of large Patient Services teams, and the ability to drive improvement in efficiency and cost reporting while mentoring leaders and coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 12-18 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10-15 years relevant experience.
• Proven track record in leading large Patient Services teams (300+ FTEs).
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent employee engagement and retention history.
• Ability to drive high performance teams.
• Metrics / KPI driving leader.
• Strong knowledge of specialty drug channel options and Patient Services programs designs.
• Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
• Excellent PC Skills including Microsoft Office suite, Internet, and Outlook.
• Proven leadership skills, team-orientation, and a proactive and optimistic management style.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to solve complex problems and improve quality and service.
• Ability to manage financial targets/budgets, service, and quality goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects, delegate responsibility, and provide leadership for growth and change.
• Ensure quality and service standards, oversee new client implementations, and maintain client relationships.
• Manage PAS financial performance by client, service targets, and cost savings; conduct performance reviews.
• Develop leadership talent and provide stretch assignments to leaders.
