Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient is seeking an Executive Director in Nashville, TN to lead an outpatient program offering IOP and PHP. You will oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive strategic initiatives across admissions and clinicians to deliver high-quality, client-centered care.

Ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree with 5+ years in behavioral health leadership and TN licensure will be preferred; experience in a corporate managed healthcare setting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in behavioral healthcare leadership.
• Active licensure preferred in TN (LCSW, LPC/MHSP, LMFT or PhD-HSP).
• Experience in corporate managed healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to outpatient practice.
• Oversee daily operations, financial, clinical, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure access to services and collaboration with admissions and clinical ops.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and KPI monitoring.
