Pasadena Villa Outpatient in Blue Ash, OH seeks an Executive Director to oversee outpatient programs, including Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP). You will coordinate day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure clinically excellent, client-centered care.

The role requires a Master’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years in behavioral health, with an active LISW/IMFT/LPCC license in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with 5+ years in behavioral healthcare.
• Must hold LISW, IMFT, or LPCC license to practice in Ohio.
• Experience in executive leadership and compliance with licensure and accreditation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with network support teams and governing body to develop and implement clinical programs and objectives.
• Creates a culture focused on achieving operational objectives aligned with mission, vision, and values.
• Ensures achievement of business objectives through day-to-day operational, financial, clinical, and regulatory oversight.
• Manages resources to meet client needs while maximizing efficiency and reducing waste.
• Promotes staff development and effective teamwork across all levels of the facility.
