Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient in Blue Ash, OH seeks an Executive Director to lead the outpatient program providing IOP and PHP. You will guide clinical teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive strategic growth in a nationwide network.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree, licensure (LISW/IMFT/LPCC in Ohio) with 5+ years in behavioral health, strong leadership, and a commitment to client-centered care and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in behavioral healthcare.
• LISW, IMFT, or LPCC license to practice in Ohio.
• Experience in treating mental health disorders strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with network support teams and governing body to develop clinical programs and objectives.
• Leads day-to-day operations to meet financial, clinical, and regulatory goals.
• Promotes staff development and teamwork across all levels of the facility.
• Ensures compliance with licensure, accreditation, contracts, and laws.
• Oversees admissions, care planning, and discharge processes to ensure quality care.
• Leads KPI monitoring, quality improvement initiatives, and risk management.
