Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.
• Experience in a corporate managed healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development and operations of outpatient services (IOP and PHP).
• Leads performance improvement initiatives for patient care and staff performance.
• Ensures compliance with licensure, accreditation, contracts, and laws.
• Collaborates with network leadership for business development and outreach.
• Monitors KPIs and adjusts operations to meet organizational goals.
