Pasadena Villa Outpatient in McLean, VA seeks an Executive Director to lead an outpatient practice offering Intensive Outpatient Programming and Partial Hospitalization Programming. The role provides clinical oversight, strategic leadership, and day-to-day operational management across admissions, clinical operations, and referrals.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree with 5+ years in behavioral health, plus a Virginia license preferred; corporate managed care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.
• Active license (LCSW, LMSW, or LMFT) to practice in Virginia preferred.
• Experience in a corporate managed healthcare environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ongoing development and operations of an outpatient practice providing IOP and PHP.
• Provides leadership and supervision to team members and coordinates day-to-day operations.
• Ensures clinical oversight and delivery of clinically excellent, client-centered care.
• Leads business development, networking, and outreach strategies with network leadership.
• Monitors KPI performance and drives improvement initiatives for patient care and staff.
