Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient in Cincinnati/Blue Ash, OH, seeks an Executive Director to lead outpatient programming (IOP/PHP) and daily operations. The role reports to the Group CEO and drives clinical excellence, staff development, and cross‑functional collaboration across a nationwide behavioral health network.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree with 5+ years in behavioral healthcare leadership, licenses in good standing, and a proven track record in program growth and regulatory

Qualifications

• Education and experience in behavioral healthcare leadership.
• Master’s Degree required; LISW/LPCC license preferred or required.
• Minimum 5 years in behavioral health leadership roles.
• Strong governance, regulatory, and clinical program oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outpatient programs (IOP/PHP) and operational targets.
• Lead and supervise staff; ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate with network leadership to drive program growth and patient experience.
• Balance operational and financial performance with clinical excellence.
• Drive staff development, policy enforcement, and accreditation readiness.
