Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient in McLean, VA, seeks an Executive Director to lead outpatient programming (IOP and PHP) with clinical excellence and client-centered care. You will coordinate operations, align with regional leaders, and drive strategic growth across a nationally connected network.

The role requires a Master's in a behavioral health field, 5+ years of leadership in behavioral health, and an active VA license is preferred.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in behavioral health or a related field is required.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.
Active Virginia license (LCSW, LMSW, or LMFT) to practice preferred.
Experience with outpatient services, IOP and PHP is preferred.
Strong leadership, financial, and regulatory oversight abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership for the outpatient practice, including IOP and PHP.
Collaborate with network leaders on strategy, growth, and outreach.
Oversee day-to-day operations across clinical, financial, and regulatory areas.
Ensure accessibility to services and maintain high-quality, client-centered care.
Maintain relationships with physicians, referrals, families, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with licensure, accreditation, contracts, and laws.
