Pasadena Villa Outpatient is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the ongoing development and operations of an outpatient practice providing Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP). The role partners with organization leaders and guides clinical and operational teams to deliver client-centered, evidence-based care.

The incumbent will lead day-to-day clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with physicians, referral

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in behavioral healthcare.
• Active license (LCSW, LMSW, or LMFT) preferred to practice in Virginia.
• Experience in a corporate managed healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
