• Minimum 12+ years of experience in the grocery retail channel with 8+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes plans and programs to grow sales and profit at the account level through analytics and fact-based selling.
• Leads teams and drives sales, marketing, and merchandising programs to meet company objectives.
• Manages budgets for assigned customers and analyzes financial indicators for decision making.
• Represents the company at regional and national trade events and engages with customers and broker partners.
