KeHE Distributors is seeking a Director of Inside Sales to lead strategy, coaching, and execution across the Inside Sales organization. You will drive revenue growth, strengthen customer engagement, and expand business with existing and new customers while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Procurement, Finance, and IT.

This role requires building high-performing teams, aligning priorities with company goals, and standardizing sales processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years inside sales and leadership experience.
• 5+ years people leadership experience.
• Experience in grocery/CPG, retail, or high-volume B2B sales preferred.

• Develop and execute Inside Sales strategy aligned with priorities and revenue goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales leaders and teams.
