Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager for the Commercial Sales division. You will partner with sales leaders to align HR initiatives with enterprise priorities, focusing on employee relations, workforce planning, development, retention, and engagement.

The role requires an adaptable, proactive communicator who champions inclusion and works across COEs and regional leadership to drive people strategies. Travel will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
• PHR or SPHR preferred.
• Ability to travel to company meetings and events.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusive work environment.
• Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner for a dedicated sales team with HR initiatives.
