Jamestown LP seeks a Director of Asset Management for One Times Square in New York City. This executive will own the asset’s performance, lead multifaceted strategy, and manage financial results across leasing, events, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Hospitality/Entertainment Management, Finance, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 25 years of experience with event production and/or operating a ticketed visitor attraction, including admissions revenue accounting.
• Proven ability to take ownership, navigate ambiguity, and drive results.
• CFA or CPA designation preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for asset performance of One Times Square.
• Own P&L responsibility and drive multi-year plans, budgets and capital deployment.
• Oversee forecasting, financial modeling, and revenue performance across all streams.
• Lead leasing strategy, tenant relations, and partnerships to maximize value.
• Oversee event production, placemaking and capital improvement programs.
