Job summary

Jamestown LP is seeking a Director of Event Programming & Operations for One Times Square. You will own all event programming across building spaces, set programming strategy, and manage the master calendar in collaboration with Sales, Guest Experience, Property Management, and Marketing.

You will also own the event P&L and lead the execution from contract handoff through post-event close-out. The role is a 5-day in-office, on-site position at One Times Square, reporting to the Chief Operating

Qualifications

• 7+ years in event programming/operations with supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience owning a master calendar across multiple spaces and working groups.
• Experience owning and managing event/department P&Ls and budgets, including forecasting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Own event programming for all spaces within the building, setting annual and seasonal programming strategy and determining the mix, cadence, and placement of events and activations.
• Manage the master calendar and coordinate with Sales, Guest Experience, Property Management, and Marketing to ensure alignment and timely communications.
• Lead handoff from contract to load-in, event day, load-out, and post-event close-out with clear documentation and accountability.
• Oversee execution of all events in the building, including on-site management, run-of-show, and floor plans.
• Develop annual event revenue and expense budgets and forecasts, and manage event-related costs to optimize profitability.
• Ensure COI, risk management, and safety compliance across events and space activations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and supervise event operations staff to scale the program.
