Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior leader responsible for all asset performance for One Times Square.
• Own P&L responsibility for OTS, ensuring short-term and long-term value.
• Develop and execute multi-year business plans and capital deployment priorities.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and scenario analysis for informed decisions.
• Lead leasing strategy, tenant mix, and activation plans to optimize the asset’s ecosystem.
