Job summary

One Times Square is seeking a Director of Asset Management to lead the performance and strategy of the iconic NYC asset. You will own the P&L, guide multi-year plans, and drive value across leasing, placemaking, events, and capital projects, reporting to ownership and coordinating with investors.

The role requires extensive experience in asset management, event production, and complex partnerships, with a hands-on leadership style and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Hospitality/Entertainment Management, Finance, or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with ownership and problem-solving.
• Minimum 25 years experience with event production or ticketed visitor attractions, including admissions revenue accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L responsibility for One Times Square, driving short- and long-term value.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Lead leasing strategy, tenant mix, and activation plans to optimize the asset.
• Oversee event production and programming for ticketed events and experiences.
• Maintain governance with lenders, JV partners, and senior leadership.
• Develop multi-year business plans and capital deployment priorities.
• Coach and develop a high-performing asset management team.
