Job summary

Jamestown is seeking a Director of Asset Management for One Times Square in New York City. The SVP will act as the executive lead for asset performance, overseeing financial results, operations, events, tenant relationships, and investor engagement.

This on-site, five-days-a-week role requires deep financial acumen and a proven track record in ticketed attractions. Responsibilities include developing multi-year plans, overseeing budgeting and capital programs, and driving value across leasing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Hospitality/Entertainment Management, Finance, or related field.
• MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
• 25 years of experience with event production and/or operating a ticketed visitor attraction, including admissions/revenue accounting.

Responsibilities

• Strategic & Financial Leadership: lead asset performance and P&L for One Times Square.
• Own multi-year plans, investment strategies, and capital priorities.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Drive leasing strategy, tenant mix, and activation plans; negotiate leases and JV deals.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing asset-management team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Hospitality/Entertainment Management, Finance, or related field

MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
