Job summary

Lakeshore Manor, part of Vista Senior Living Management and Eden Senior Care, seeks an Executive Director to lead a memory care community. You will oversee operations, resident care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.

This role emphasizes servant leadership, team development, family relations, and community engagement to deliver dementia-focused, person-centered care and an exceptional resident and family experience.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin CBRF Administrator certification or eligible to obtain certification.
• Minimum two years of leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent leadership experience).
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of community operations.
• Foster a culture centered on compassion, accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop department managers and staff.
• Promote operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional resident care and customer service.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in a shared leadership on-call rotation to support resident care and team.
