Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Memory Care Director/Wellspring Village Director to lead dementia care across residents and associates. You will partner with health services and external partners to ensure vibrant, high-quality care and active, engaged residents.

You will oversee staffing, programming, and resident assessments, ensuring care plans meet needs and reflect Brightview standards of excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in Gerontology or related field with focus on aging
• Age-related dementia care knowledge and experience preferred
• Experience in supervision in a 24x7 environment is desirable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
