The role emphasizes strong leadership, financial oversight, and strategic business development while fostering a supportive, family-like environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five years of senior living community management experience.
• Excellent computer skills including Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the senior living community.
• Lead financial and payroll processes and budgets.
• Drive sales and occupancy through marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Supervise department supervisors and staff.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
• Develop relationships with residents, families, and staff.
