Morningside Elite Management seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead a premier senior living community. You will set the cultural tone, drive operations, develop the team, and ensure residents receive high-quality life experiences.

The role oversees resident care, financial management, sales, regulatory compliance, and community culture with authority and partnership with regional/corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or gerontology.
• Minimum 3 years executive leadership in assisted living/memory care.
• Active ALM license or pursuing licensure.
• Proven financial performance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations and resident services.
• Lead budgeting and financial performance.
• Develop and mentor a multi-state leadership team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
