Job summary

Capax RM is partnering with an established Acumatica partner to recruit an Acumatica Project Manager for a busy delivery team. You will oversee a live portfolio of 5–8 concurrent Acumatica implementations, owning delivery quality and financial health from scope definition through go-live and beyond.

You will partner with primary consultants, defend scope, monitor burn rates and revenue forecasts, and build executive visibility with Gold Standard reporting in Monday.com and Smartsheet.

• Track record managing 7+ concurrent ERP/SaaS implementations in consulting.
• Experience monitoring burn rates and forecasting revenue to protect profitability.

We're partnering with an established Acumatica partner to find an Acumatica Project Manager for their delivery team.

This isn't a role for someone managing a single project at a time. You'll oversee a live portfolio of 5–8 concurrent Acumatica implementations, owning both the delivery quality and the financial health of each engagement, from scope definition through go-live and beyond.

The Role

• Partner with primary consultants to steer complex projects, providing the analytical depth needed to influence C-suite decision-making and navigate trade-offs with commercial maturity.
• Own the financial integrity of a portfolio of 5–8 active implementations, using rigorous scope control to keep high-quality delivery profitable.
• Monitor burn rates and revenue forecasts across the portfolio, proactively re‑engineering workstreams to prevent profitability erosion.
• Act as the project's early warning system — analyzing cross-project dependencies and macro-trends to catch systemic bottlenecks before they cause delays.
• Independently govern the full project lifecycle, defending scope and translating vague client requirements into precise, executable technical workstreams.
• Build and maintain a "Gold Standard" reporting ecosystem in Monday.com and Smartsheet, giving leadership executive‑level visibility into project health and team velocity.
• Lead post-project retrospectives, institutionalizing lessons learned to mentor the team and raise the firm's overall project management maturity.

About You

• 5+ years of hands‑on project management experience, including a proven track record managing a portfolio of 7+ concurrent enterprise ERP or SaaS implementations in a consulting environment
• Demonstrated expertise monitoring burn rates, forecasting revenue, and proactively engineering workstreams to protect profitability.
• 5+ years independently governing the full project lifecycle, with a strong track record of defending scope and converting ambiguous client requirements into executable technical plans.
• High‑level communicator with exceptional attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Deep hands‑on expertise with Monday.com and Smartsheet for building sophisticated project reporting.
• Experience mentoring project managers or leading delivery retrospectives/lessons‑learned processes.
• Background partnering directly with C-suite stakeholders on strategic, trade‑off‑heavy decisions.
