Qualifications

• 15+ years in pharma/biopharma; leadership of managers
• Strong understanding of payer environments and reimbursement
• Experience launching new biologic products

Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategic commercial plan to improve access and reimbursement
• Lead Immunology PSS and FRM teams and budget
• Develop programs for patient onboarding and adherence journeys
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, Analytics, and payer teams
• Provide insights on onboarding, retention, copay, and satisfaction to senior leadership
