Regeneron is seeking an Access Services Lead for Immunology to develop and execute the patient and physician access strategy. You will hire and lead the Immunology Patient Services Support team and the Field Reimbursement team, ensuring patients start and stay on therapy while engaging brand partners.

Remote in the US with occasional travel to Sleepy Hollow, NY. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, manage the access services budget, and drive initiatives to streamline onboarding

Qualifications

• BS/BA required; advanced degree a plus.
• 15+ years pharma/biopharma experience.
• 7+ years in leadership roles managing managers.
• Experience building customer-facing field teams and launching new products.
• Strong understanding of payer environments and national payer markets.
• Experience commercializing a biologic product.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement the strategic commercial plan to improve access & reimbursement for the therapeutic area.
• Hire, train and lead Immunology Patient Services Support (PSS) and Field Reimbursement (FRM) teams to remove access barriers.
• Collaborate with Brand & Access Marketing, Training, Legal, Regulatory, Analytics, Privacy, Trade, Sales, and payer teams to ensure execution of patient access strategies.
• Establish measurable performance metrics and provide executive-level insights on onboarding, conversion, and patient retention.
