You will hire and lead the Immunology Patient Services Support (PSS) and Field Reimbursement (FRM) teams, ensuring patients start and stay on therapy. The role requires a seasoned leader with extensive pharma experience, strong payer knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across Brand, Marketing, Legal and Regulatory functions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in pharma/biopharma
• 7+ years leading managers
• Experience building customer-facing field teams
• Experience launching new products
• Strong understanding of payer environments and reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategic commercial plan to improve access & reimbursement for therapeutic area.
• Develop and manage access services budget; leverage technology for cost-effective operations.
• Lead Immunology Patient Services Support (PSS) and Field Reimbursement (FRM) teams.
• Benchmark patient services, conduct cost analyses and forecasting to inform leadership decisions.
• Coordinate program systems and communications across PSS vendors.
• Collaborate with Brand & Access Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, Analytics and payer teams.
• Serve as leadership point of contact for Brand Core Teams and drive executive-level insights.
