Job summary

Regeneron seeks an Executive Director to lead the Commercial Insights and Analytics (I&A), Immunology team, partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic insights across key brands. This role reports into the VP, CSI&A and focuses on analytics, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform commercial decisions.

The position is based in Sleepy Hollow, NY with a predominantly on-site schedule (4 days/week) and up to 25% travel, offering the chance to shape immunology strategies in

Qualifications

• 20+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience.
• Bachelor's degree in data science, public health, statistics, engineering, or related field.
• Expertise in data visualization and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Immunology I&A team to deliver analytics, insights and competitive intelligence.
• Set strategic I&A direction aligned with CBU priorities and drive commercial excellence.
• Serve as a member of leadership teams to influence decisions and cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop and implement novel methodologies to derive meaningful brand insights and business impact.
