Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Reimbursement Business Manager to support HCP offices in obtaining patient access to Regeneron products, driving efficient access, and guiding cross-functional payer strategies across Alliance therapies.

The role requires building payer relationships, educating offices on coverage (Dupixent), and staying current on CMS Part D policies, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration among Sales, Payer, and Alliance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in pharmaceuticals or sub-cutaneous biologics in a matrix environment, including 2+ years reimbursement experience.
• Experience with products via Specialty Pharmacy network is essential.
• Knowledge of Commercial Insurers, Managed Care, Government, and Federal payer sectors.
• CMS policies knowledge and Part D expertise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Regeneron and Alliance sales teams to act as payer SME for healthcare provider segments.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for Alliance product access and reimbursement initiatives per account.
• Provide payer and specialty pharmacy support to educate physician offices on coverage of Alliance products (Dupixent).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and national payer landscapes and criteria.
• Build relationships with targeted offices to resolve payer coverage issues aligned with Regeneron policies.
• Ensure ongoing training so personnel are recognized as leaders in access and reimbursement across Alliance areas.
