Job summary

Regeneron is seeking an Executive Director for Commercial Insights and Analytics (I&A), Immunology, reporting to CSI&A leadership. This role leads the Immunology I&A team to drive deep insights and inform business decisions across Regeneron's immunology brands.

The position is based in Sleepy Hollow, NY, with 4 days on site per week and up to 25% travel. You will partner with senior leaders to grow talent and advance analytics capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience with increasing accountability
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, public health, statistics, engineering, or related field
• Functional expertise in business analytics, customer insights, market access analytics, and competitive intelligence
• Prior experience managing I&A groups with analytics, customer insights, and competitive intelligence

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the CSI&A Immunology team delivering analytics and insights
• Set strategic I&A direction aligned with CBU priorities
• Serve as member of Immunology CBU Leadership Team and CSI&A leadership
• Translate analyses into actionable insights for senior Regeneron teams
• Develop people and leadership capability within the I&A organization
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define data, analytics, and insights roadmap
• Standardize adoption of capabilities across I&A platforms
• Proactively communicate strategic recommendations and future needs
• Manage third-party vendor relationships
