Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support Health Care Practitioner offices in obtaining access to Regeneron products. This remote role focuses on payer formularies, utilization management, and patient access across assigned accounts.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales Directors, Medical Specialists, and HUB teams to implement access and reimbursement initiatives, maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscapes, and help drive optimal patient pull-through.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in biopharma reimbursement/market access.
• 2+ years direct reimbursement experience supporting medical benefit therapies.
• Experience across specialty pharmacy distribution models (e.g., white bagging, site of care).

Responsibilities

• Act as payer subject matter expert to support access and reimbursement initiatives.
• Collaborate with District Sales Managers, Medical Specialists and HUBs to ensure efficient coverage.
• Educate physician offices on coverage of alliance products and streamline processes.
• Maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscapes and criteria.
