10+ years of progressive analytics experience in a large global organization.
Proven ability to build and scale high-performing advisory teams.
Strong track record engaging senior executives through analytics and storytelling.
Experience bridging business strategy with data science and insights.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a global HR Analytics Advisory team embedded with business lines.
Establish trusted advisory relationships with senior HR and business leaders.
Drive proactive analytics and action plans addressing workforce patterns and risks.
Deliver executive-ready narratives and presentations for leadership.
Collaborate with BI to automate reporting and enable self-service analytics.
Partner with AI/Data Science to shape predictive models and features.
