Job summary

Samsung Electronics America (SEA) seeks a seasoned leader to drive the Home Entertainment business across two major retail accounts. You will oversee TV, Audio, Monitor and Memory categories and guide cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.

In this senior role, you will collaborate with Product Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Experience to shape growth, partnerships, and profitability, while mentoring future leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Strong leadership and relationship management.
• Proven presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage HE business across major retail accounts.
• Lead revenue growth and strategic initiatives for TV, Audio, Monitor, Memory categories.
• Oversee finance-related claims and post-audit negotiations with retail partners.
• Provide strategic feedback to Product Management on trends and SKUs.
• Communicate strategies to senior leadership and external partners.
• Develop future leaders within cross-functional account teams.
• Direct cross-category decisions with Supply Chain, Marketing, and CX.
• Lead top-to-top meetings and align across product lines.
• Act as senior leader for regional office and cross-category initiatives.
