The role oversees a large-scale portfolio and directs cross-functional teams to align strategies and execution with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue targets across TV, Audio, Monitor, and Memory categories.
• Negotiate and manage significant annual programs to drive business growth.
• Oversee the finance team responsible for claims and post-audit negotiations with key retail partners.
• Provide strategic feedback to Product Management and internal teams on trends, SKU placements, and promotions.
• Communicate strategies to the C-suite and engage with senior retail leadership.
• Motivate and develop future leaders within key account teams.
• Direct and influence cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
• Lead top-to-top meetings and collaborate with cross-category teams to unify strategies across product lines.
• Serve as the senior leader for a regional office overseeing cross-category decisions.
