Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a senior sales leader to head the Home Entertainment Sales Organization across national, regional and distribution channels.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
• 15+ years of working experience with demonstrable growth and leadership, preferably in Consumer Electronics.
• 5+ years of successful track record in Sales Leadership and Channel Management.
• Solid knowledge of CE retailers, strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Samsung’s Home Entertainment Sales Organization across national, regional and distribution accounts.
• Develop Go-to-Market strategies with Sales Leaders to hit revenue, profit, market share and MDF targets.
• Coordinate with Product Management, SCM, Legal and Finance and report to Samsung executives.
• Build and manage relationships with key retail channel partners and executives.
• Anticipate market trends to craft effective promotions and investments.
• Review forecasts, address gaps and optimize inventory; drive efficient business processes.
• Oversee industry shows, events and major customer meetings; recruit and develop a high-performing team.
