Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, headquartered in Plano, TX, seeks an accomplished sales leader to head its Home Entertainment Sales Organization. You will drive national, regional, and distribution accounts, crafting GTM strategies to meet revenue and market share targets while coordinating with cross-functional teams and executives.

You will lead a high-performing team, foster strong partner relationships, and steer promotions and investments to outpace competition in a dynamic consumer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
• +15 years working experience with demonstrable growth and leadership preferably within Consumer Electronics.
• 5+ years in Sales Leadership and Channel Management.
• Knowledge of CE retailers.
• Strong analytical, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Samsung’s Home Entertainment Sales Organization across National, Regional, and Distribution accounts.
• Develop Go-to-Market strategies with Sales Leaders to hit Management Plan metrics (Revenue, Profit, Market Share, etc.).
• Coordinate with Product Management and Functional Teams (SCM, Legal, Finance) and Executive Leadership.
• Act as primary contact for key retail channel partners and drive strong relationships.
• Anticipate market trends and develop customized GTM promotions and investments.
• Review forecasts and address gaps and inventory issues.
• Improve internal processes for efficient business flow.
• Oversee industry events and key customer meetings.
• Develop, recruit, and mentor a high-performing team aligned with Samsung values.
