Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in client success, account management, or strategic consulting within healthcare, health insurance, or healthcare data/technology
• 5+ years of people leadership managing managers or multi-level teams
• Deep subject-matter expertise in Risk Adjustment and Retrieval processes, SLA frameworks, and the Payer/Provider/Vendor ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Own executive relationships up to the C-suite across the account portfolio
• Oversee delivery strategy across implementations, renewals, growth, and escalations
• Coach leaders to deliver executive presentations and align across functions
• Own full-cycle management of a portfolio to achieve revenue, retention, and growth
• Build scalable talent strategies and performance standards across teams
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to influence roadmap decisions
