Datavant is hiring a Senior Director, Client Success to lead client experience strategy across a vast portfolio and partner with executive stakeholders to translate market insights into proactive strategies. Qualificações

• 10+ years in client success, account management, or strategic consulting in healthcare/data/tech.
• 5+ years of people leadership managing managers or multi-level teams.
• Deep expertise in Risk Adjustment and Retrieval processes; HIPAA knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client experience strategy and team performance across the account portfolio.
• Own executive relationships up to the C-suite and translate market/regulatory insights into proactive strategy.
• Oversee delivery strategy across implementations, renewals, growth, and escalations to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Coach leaders to deliver executive presentations and drive alignment across functions.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to influence roadmaps and revenue retention.
