Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Senior Director, Client Success to lead a high-performing team that drives client outcomes across a multi-book portfolio. You will shape client experience strategy, supervise CSMs, and partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to sustain revenue and retention for healthcare accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client success or related field.
• 5+ years leading managers or multi-level teams.
• Deep expertise in Risk Adjustment and Retrieval processes.
• Experience managing executive-level relationships.
• Proven track record owning revenue, retention, and growth targets.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate data into strategy.
• Advanced proficiency with data/BI tools and translating metrics into executive narratives.

Responsibilities

• Guide strategy across accounts aligning client roadmaps with Datavant priorities.
• Lead and develop a team of CSMs, Senior CSMs, and Managers.
• Own executive relationships up to the C-suite.
• Oversee delivery strategy across implementations, renewals, growth and escalations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to influence roadmap decisions.
• Establish governance models and scalable frameworks for the BU.
