Datavant is seeking a Senior Director, Client Success to lead client experience strategy and team performance across the full account portfolio. This role drives strategic direction, financial performance, and long-term retention of client relationships, partnering with executive stakeholders up to the C-suite to translate market and regulatory insights into proactive strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client success, account management, or strategic consulting in healthcare data/tech
• 5+ years of people leadership managing managers or multi-level teams
• Deep subject-matter expertise in Risk Adjustment and Retrieval processes; HIPAA knowledge
• Proven track record managing executive-level relationships up to the C-suite
• Proven ability to own revenue, retention, and growth targets for multi-million-dollar portfolios
• BA/BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree a plus

Responsibilities

• Define client experience strategy and lead performance across the full account portfolio
• Align client roadmaps to Datavant priorities and translate market insights into strategy
• Lead and develop a team of CSMs, Senior CSMs, and Managers
• Oversee delivery strategy across implementations, renewals, growth, and escalations
• Coach leaders to deliver executive presentations and manage change effectively
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations for roadmap decisions
