Labcorp seeks an Executive Director, Business Development to drive growth in Hospitals & Health Systems through digital pathology, AI-enabled diagnostics, and innovative laboratory partnerships while building executive relationships.

You will lead strategic plans, manage key accounts, negotiate complex agreements, and translate market insights into growth opportunities across health systems and pathology groups. Strong executive presence and CRM proficiency are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Proven healthcare sales experience at executive level.
• CRM proficiency and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth and new health system partnerships through digital pathology, AI-enabled diagnostics, innovative services, and related solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic business development and market growth plans for health systems and pathology groups.
• Build executive relationships across health systems, hospitals, and pathology organizations including C-suite leaders.
• Identify, negotiate, and close complex partnership agreements while expanding long-term relationships.
• Forecast performance using data analytics and optimize account strategies.
