Labcorp is seeking an Executive Director, Business Development to lead growth across Hospitals & Health Systems. The role focuses on expanding digital pathology, AI-enabled diagnostics, and innovative laboratory partnerships while building executive relationships with health system leaders.

You will develop and execute strategic BD plans, identify opportunities, negotiate and close complex agreements, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver value-based solutions and sustained partnerships.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years executive-level selling experience.
• Healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth and new health system partnerships through digital pathology, AI-enabled diagnostics, innovative pathology services, and related healthcare solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic business development, sales, and market growth plans that address evolving needs of health systems and pathology groups.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships across health systems, hospitals, and pathology organizations, including C-suite leaders and department stakeholders.
• Identify, negotiate, and close complex partnership agreements while expanding long-term strategic relationships.
• Leverage data and analytics to forecast performance, optimize account strategies, and drive results.
