Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Tulsa seeks an Executive Director to lead daily operations and strategic direction for the Tulsa branch. This on-site role oversees staff, programs, budgets, facilities, and community partnerships to advance wellbeing and youth development.

• Demonstrated leadership and staff supervision with experience in nonprofit settings.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and resource management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in fundraising, grant writing, or donor stewardship.
• Commitment to inclusive, safe, and equitable environments aligned with YMCA values.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, public administration, or related field; advanced degree or YMCA leadership certification is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Tulsa, OK with flexible hours as events occur.
