Job summary

Dow Jones Energy seeks an Executive Director, Consulting Solutions to architect customer success for the consulting business, building long-term relationships and driving revenue through bespoke solutions.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage pipeline, forecast resources, and coordinate between Business Development and delivery, reporting to the SVP Head of Research, with global offices and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing revenue plans and delivery in consulting.
• Broad knowledge of the chemical and energy industries.
• Experience mapping organizational hierarchies and tailoring value propositions to executives.
• Ability to coach Business Development leads and align cross-vertical stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision-making with metrics, dashboards, and capacity planning.
• Willingness to travel 25% across regions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global consulting operations to maximize profitability, backlog, and resource use.
• Lead Go-To-Market strategies, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement to expand market share.
• Coach business development leads on pipeline creation and management.
• Identify untapped opportunities and propose innovative consulting services.
• Interface with industry organisations to build relationships and opportunities.
• Ensure RFP submissions and project delivery meet timelines and budgets.
