Dow Jones Energy seeks an Executive Director, Consulting Solutions, to architect customer success and lead end-to-end delivery of bespoke consulting engagements. You will manage pipeline development, forecast resources, and ensure capacity aligns with revenue budgets while working as a strategic bridge between Business Development and delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in consulting with revenue plans, pipeline, and delivery management.
• Experience guiding workforce planning, utilization, and staff benchmarking.
• Ability to map organizational hierarchies and tailor value propositions to executives.
• Experience negotiating and writing detailed consulting and partnership agreements.
• Strong data-driven decision making with dashboards and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global consulting operations, backlog, pipelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead Go-To-Market strategies, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement.
• Coach business development leads and manage pipeline across regions.
• Identify untapped market opportunities and new offerings for incremental revenue.
• Build strategic alliances to scale commercial footprint and high-yield multipliers.
