By serving as the strategic bridge between Business Development and delivery, you will ensure that qualified leads are efficiently converted into revenue-generating, high-margin wins. You will report to the SVP - Head of Research.

You Will:

  • Establish key strategic alliances to scale the company’s commercial footprint and create high-yield business development multipliers
  • Drive continuous innovation by market-testing and launching new offerings tailored to specific buyer personas, workflows, and high-growth end-markets
  • Partner with cross-functional Dow Jones business lines to co-develop integrated, high-value solutions that deepen client relationships across diverse sectors
You Have:
  • 20+ years of proven track record in Consulting setting, responsible principal of meeting revenue plans, developing pipeline, managing delivery, workforce planning, optimizing billable utilization rates, managing staff benchmarking/skill proficiency matrices, and balancing active work with bench time
  • Broad knowledge of the chemical and energy industries
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise buying center and decision-making personas (e.g., C-suite, Procurement, IT, end-users), with a proven track record of mapping organizational hierarchies and tailoring value propositions to distinct executive priorities
  • Natural relationship-building skills and ability to effectively coach Business Development leads, align cross-vertical stakeholders, and foster a culture of continuous team upskilling, collaboration and innovation
  • Demonstrated experience representing a trusted, valued brand with customers, prospects, and at global industry events to build high-value executive networks
